Melanie Schuele is an assistant professor in the Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences, Vanderbilt University. She teaches courses in child language acquisition and disorders. Prior to obtaining her Ph.D., Schuele practiced as a speech-language pathologist in school-based and clinical settings serving primarily young children with language impairments.
